3rd: Health check
After my second visit to the hospital, I got a recorder attached to my chest to record heart beat for 24hours. Summary of results of my heart beat recording for 24hrs:
The slowest rate my heart beat can go is 43 BPM (beats per min kua...), which is during sleeping time at 3am.
Some people said drinking caffeine such as Nescafe increase heart beat, I can confirm that it is not true. I write down the time I drink and the next day I ask the doctor to check that time slot to see if the rate increases, and the result is NO, no heart beat increase after caffeine drink.
During eating time, my heart beat increased to 100 BPM. Doctor said normal coz eating is also a type of exercise..hehe...so remember to eat more ya!
Sitting in office, heart beat ranges from 56 BPM to 70BPM.
From the result, I indeed have a normal and healthy heart. Yay!
