Tracking my workouts

This was how much I have been running lately. There was a constant increased every month (except it dropped a little in July)

Cumulative Monthly running distance

March was the beginning of KLIM2009 training.
April till early June was still training and end of June was KLIM2009 (KLIM half-marathon mileage added into June)

I keep track of my running mileage using a website called RunningAHEAD. You can sign-up for free and start tracking your workouts including running, swimming, biking and weights. As of now, I am using it for swimming and running only.

Being someone who always forgets what myself did, I find the website very useful. I track my running and swimming distance & pace, shoes as well as running route.

For people who has more than one pair of running shoes, you may lost track of how much each pair of shoes had been pounding on the road. Using this website, you can keep a mileage count on each pair. I read it from somewhere that running shoes should not be used more than 1000km, the sole may not be that efficient in absorbing shock anymore. Key in the price of the shoe and the software will help you calculate the shoe efficiency (how much it cost per km)

Various useful menu bar

You can also keep track of running route, they have a Google Map-like interface so that you can mark your route and from there check the distance you ran. You can even search for popular track around your area (which other runners may have enter before this).

Overview of the Summary page. It shows the Weekly, Monthly and Overall stats plus a nice graph
Purposely make it very small + disable enlarge so that not too much details is visible
:P

Hope you find this useful as I do.
