Life in the States
I will be based in San Jose, California for work related purpose. I will be staying here for the next few months. The weather here is sunny, with temperatures around 15 to 24 degrees Celsius. It seldom rain in San Jose. It might take some time before I get used to the cold and dry weather here, my fingers and toes are freezing cold almost all the time. Bath is not an enjoyment at all even though there are hot shower. As soon as I turned off the water, I will start shivering uncontrollably.
Another thing that I need to get used to is the measurement unit. Here, they use miles instead of km and Fahrenheit instead of Celsius. It's very hard to estimate the distance on signboard when it's in miles. Another thing that need a lot of conversion is RM and US$ :P
I know it is not possible to convert everything in RM before deciding whether to buy or not, if I do that, then surely I'll starve to dead here.

My room for the next few months:
TV and dvd player...
...plus sofa and working table...
...a little kitchen...
...and a Queen-size bed
